Orders and shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping is $8.00 and free on orders of $70 or more. Express Shipping is $15.00. Costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after your order is processed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the item is unused, unopened and in its original sealed packaging. Return shipping for eligible items is covered by Zenfrova. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
